Hotel Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Vasilievsky is owned by Baltic Construction Company - 65 (BCC - 65). The total area of the hotel - 16 thousand square meters. The number of rooms - 214. Construction of Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Vasilievsky took 7 years. The contract between the company BCC - 65 and Marriott group was signed for 20 years.
Hotel Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Vasilievsky is situated on the second line of the famous Vasilyevsky Island. There are the famous sights of St. Petersburg in the immediate vicinity of the hotel: Mariinsky Theater, the Hermitage, Russian museum.
