In anticipation of the European Football Championship, which will take place in Ukraine and Poland, the Ukrainian tourist market experiences a particular revival despite the crisis. After the news about the imminent appearance of the Marriott and Hilton hotels in Ukraine, Rezidor came in due time.
Rezidor will present the hotel in Dnepropetrovsk under the brand Park Inn. In the portfolio of Rezidor Park Inn Hotels brand represents the average price range.
New Park Inn Hotel Dnepropetrovsk will have a capacity of 250 rooms, according to the project. Previously the amount of investment in construction was estimated at $ 30 million dollars. Hotel Park Inn Dnepropetrovsk will be located west of downtown. In the hotel there will be a restaurant, rooms for business meetings, sports center.
Rezidor – is a relatively new company, but has already won a reputation of an experienced player in the market of hotel properties. The company operates hotels in more than 50 countries around the world, and its shares are traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Among the brands that belong to the Rezidor are: Hotel Radisson SAS and Regent.
Currently Dnepropetrovsk experiences an acute shortage of hotels for the reception of large numbers of foreign visitors. According to UEFA, before the European Football Championship in Ukraine 143 new hotels should be built. Dnepropetrovsk, which will host the final three games of the tournament, is among the cities where the projects aimed to improve the hotel infrastructure should be implemented. Not so long ago it was announced about the construction of the first five hotels in the city, which will be located in a picturesque location on the bank of the Dnieper. The building company has already announced a number of interesting initiatives. Among them - an open competition for the best name of the future hotel. In total, 36 new hotels are planned to be opened in Dnepropetrovsk.
