A Thai hotel will host the Asia International Guitar Festival

(0) marks: 0Siam City Hotel in the capital of Thailand – Bangkok - will host the Asia International Guitar Festival from 18 to 21 June. The organizers of the Asia International Guitar Festival have been holding it in the capital of Thailand for several years, and cooperation with Siam City Hotel became a tradition.
The guitar festival at Siam City Hotel gathers on its stage musicians from the South-East Asia, as well as artists from Europe, Africa and Central America. Asia International Guitar Festival of 2009 will gather guitarists from Thailand, Korea, Japan, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, and Ukraine. The international guitar festival of this year invites to participate in master classes held by virtuoso performer of Flamenco music - Hugo Geller. German born, Hugo Geller is now considered to be one of the recognized stars of guitar scene of Argentina.
All concerts and master classes of the festival will take place under the roof of Siam City Hotel. Opening of the festival will be marked with a jam by the masters of Latin guitar and the it will be closed with a performance of Hugo Geller.
The cost of the tickets to the concerts of the festival - 600 baht, which is equivalent to about 15 dollars. Participation in master classes is also paid - about 200 baht per ticket. For those who choose to participate in the official program of Asia International Guitar Festival 2009, a member contribution will be 2000 baht.
Siam City Hotel offers its customers a special package of services under condition of accommodation in Thailand as a visitor or a participant of the festival. As part of the package for the Asia International Guitar Festival 2009 it is necessary to reserve a room at least for five nights. For the audience of the festival the cost of a single room will be about 3270 baht or about $ 100 equivalently. Single room for a participant in the Siam City Hotel is more expensive - about 3,570, which is equal to approximately 110 dollars.
