Vietnam has been one of the priority areas for development in South-East Asia for a long time for Accor Corporation. Additional confirmation of this - Accor's announcement about opening of a hotel in Vietnam, which will be located in the heart of the country's largest city - Ho Chi Minh. Company tends to open a new hotel Novotel Saigon Centre in 2012.
Novotel Saigon Centre will be located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, in the first district, in place of the former Metropole Hotel, which is still considered one of the city's attractions. The area, where the hotel will be located, is one of the busiest shopping centers in Ho Chi Minh City. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is a colorful typical Asian market - Ben Thanh, surrounded by dozens of modern shopping and commercial centers.
According to the project, Novotel Saigon Centre Hotel will be designed for 350 rooms. Initially focused on business clients, Novotel Saigon Centre will include two restaurants, a club, located on the roof, swimming pools, fitness centers, computer room and a spacious hall for 900 square feet for conferences and business events with a large number of guests. In the rooms of Novotel Saigon Centre the largest innovations of the brand can be found, including LCD TVs and a unique lighting system. High-rise - 24 floors - Novotel Saigon Centre will offer its guests picturesque views of the Saigon River.
Construction of a new hotel in Ho Chi Minh City will be implemented by a company from Vietnam The Que Huong - Liberty Grou. The design of the project was developed by Japanese architect Kuma Secce.
Novotel brand by Accor is represented today by 4 hotels in Vietnam. It has the largest representation of 4 * class hotels under the one brand in the hotel market of Vietnam. Overall to date Accor has opened 11 hotels in Vietnam, including the area near the main natural attraction of the country - in Halong Bay.
