Hotel in Budapest will present the “rooms of vampires”

One of the fashionable hotels in Budapest, Soho Boutique Hotel, presented to its guests two new rooms that are decorated in a "vampire style". The inspirers of the new design for the rooms of the Soho Boutique Hotel are the characters from the "the Ball of Vampires" musical Count Crolock and Herbert.

"The Ball of Vampires" is a musical performance based on the same movie, directed by Roman Polanski in 1967. The premiere of the music show was held in Vienna in 1997. Subsequently the performance has found its embodiment in many scenes in Europe and in the world, including Broadway in New York. In Budapest "the Ball of Vampires" was presented to the public for the first time in 2007 and since then is played on the stage of the Hungarian capital with constant success.

Creating of the “vampire rooms” in the Soho Boutique Hotel is possible through the cooperation of several companies, including one of the best design agencies in Hungary Kare Budapest as well as the PS Production company, which took part in staging the show.

Both numbers Herbert’s and Crolock’s have all the traditional range of services of the Soho Boutique Hotel, including a mini bar, internet access and hypoallergenic floor coverings. Thus in contrast to the rest rooms the suites of Herbert and Crolock are furnished in a completely different manner than the remaining 74 rooms of the Soho Boutique Hotel. Using in the design the elements of Baroque, blue brocade, crystal and pieces of art recreate the atmosphere of a lush and a bit gloomy luxury being a kind of separate decoration for the famous vampire play. As an additional service the guests of the two vampire rooms in the hotel are offered special weekend packages that include tickets to the "Ball of the Vampires" show and a special cocktail of “Kiss of the Vampire.”

Soho Boutique Hotel is one of the central hotels in Budapest situated just between the West and East stations, surrounded by dozens of capital’s attractions. Among the most striking is the Budapest Broadway in Pest, the district of theaters, where are held the most vivid premieres of the Hungarian capital, as well as the Vachi street, the Synagogue and the coast of the Danube.
