Budget hotel in Austria offers a 4-star service

The development of the budget hotel segment has become one of the major trends in the hotel market in 2010. The starting price for the room is only 24.5 euros per night.

By paying this price, the guest of «HB1» hotel can enjoy a standard room, which contains the widescreen flat TV with a diagonal of 82 inches and satellite TV, designer furniture, hairdryer, comfortable mattress, shower and W-LAN internet access. The area of a standard room is 17 square meters, which complies with the 4-star hotel. It is worth noting that the hotel is not planning to pass the official state classification.

Budget constraints in «HB1» are becoming more noticeable when clarifying the issue of nutrition. The hotel provides breakfast and drinks that are served by a machine gun. Guests are also registered and checked out automatically, without the receptionist and administrator.

Among the trumps, which «HB1» hotel prepared for the customers is spacious parking for 120 places. Thus, a new hotel in Wiener Neudorf may become an alternative way to stay in Vienna for those who travel by their cars. Wiener Neudorf is located near the capital of Austria, 25 kilometers from the international airport of Vienna-Schwechat.

In the construction of a new hotel, according to Hinteregger, was invested about 2.8 million euros. The Austrian does not intend to stop on the top and plans to expand its network. The next hotel will be opened in the nearest time in the capital city of Burgenland, Eisenstadt. Then go new hotels of «HB1» in Ljubljana, Zagreb and German Brünn.
