Further confirmation of this is the price. The cheapest room in Dubai Armani will cost more than a thousand dollars for a night, the most expensive - 10,000. At the same time Armani has refused to voice the cost of building of the hotel. In total, the hotel by Armani presents 160 rooms, which were placed on 6 of the 162 floors of Burj Caliph.

For Dubai opening of the Armani hotel can be a measure for recovery of UAE hotel sector after the financial crisis. The last two years the real estate market of Dubai suffered the most significant drop in prices and volumes of construction since the beginning of the construction boom in the UAE in 2002.
