World famous Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani, on 27 April 2010 presented its first hotel in Dubai, which is located on several floors of the tallest building in the world Burj Caliph. Among the stars who attended the party were Beyonce, Victoria Beckham and Megan Fox. As a part of the opening in the hotel was held an exhibition of works of young fashion designers.
The interior of the hotel meets the trendy concept of Armani and combines minimalism and brevity in the choice of design color. In this case the main key is a luxury. Further confirmation of this is the price. The cheapest room in Dubai Armani will cost more than a thousand dollars for a night, the most expensive - 10,000. At the same time Armani has refused to voice the cost of building of the hotel. In total, the hotel by Armani presents 160 rooms, which were placed on 6 of the 162 floors of Burj Caliph.
For Dubai opening of the Armani hotel can be a measure for recovery of UAE hotel sector after the financial crisis. The last two years the real estate market of Dubai suffered the most significant drop in prices and volumes of construction since the beginning of the construction boom in the UAE in 2002.
The Emaar Properties company, which acted as a developer of hotel Armani, will continue to cooperate with the empire of the Italian designer. In the near future will be held opening of the next hotel of the brand in Milan. Then will be opened the Armani hotel in Marrakesh and complex of luxury villas in the Egyptian resort of Marassi.
