Rezidor: New hotels in South Africa and London

Rezidor plans to continue its expansion in the global hotel market. In the next two years Rezidor will present new hotels in one of the largest cities in South Africa - Cape Town, as well as in London.

Already in April 2011 the company plans to open its hotel in Cape Town under the brand name Radisson Blue. New Radisson Blu Hotel Cape Town Blaawberg will be positioned as a hotel for business. Among the hotel services available for the guests and businessmen travelers - six furnished rooms for negotiations, as well as fitness center, gourmet restaurant and spa complex.

Another hotel in South Africa, which Rezidor will present later, in late 2011, will be Park Inn Cape Town Foreshore - mid-price level hotel, which is located near the main exhibition center in Cape Town - Cape Town International Convention Centre. The hotel will be designed for 120 rooms.

And finally, one of the major openings of Rezidor in South Africa in the next two years promises to be a hotel in the Kruger Park - Radisson Blu Safari Resort Kruger Park. The hotel is located on the Crocodile River. The hotel will combine traditional African coloring in the form of an open «Boma» dining area with the possibilities of business tourism. In addition to 120 rooms of the hotel guests can use five conference rooms and two swimming pools, spa and gym.

Along with plans for expansion in hot South Africa Rezidor announced the intention to open in the second quarter of 2013 a new hotel in London. Park Inn London ExCeL will be located near the main exhibition center of the British capital - ExCeL pavilions. Park Inn London ExCeL will be located 200 meters from the main entrance to the exhibition. The new hotel, designed for 20 floors, will have 223 rooms, some of which will offer guests spectacular views of the Thames. As developer will act the British company Galliford Try. Future hotel promises to be one of the local attractions.
