The best hotel of Ukraine in Donetsk

Donbass Palace hotel (Donetsk) took the first place in the rating of Ukrainian hotels. Organizers of the top 100 hotels rating in Ukraine are the Council of Tourism and Resorts and the Association of hotels and city hotel associations in Ukraine. To create the list of participants was set up an expert committee, comprising of leaders of major professional associations, leading Ukrainian tour operators, experts in categorization of hotels, government officials and professional press. Selection criteria were traditional for the hotel industry. The expert commission assessed the overall level of the hotel, the number of rooms, quality of restaurant services, spa and fitness facilities, as well as staff. The highest points received Donbass Palace hotel, winning the first place among the top 100 hotels in Ukraine.
Commenting on the awards, Dejan Djordjevic, managing director of ESTA Holding hotel business and CEO of Donbass Palace hotel said: "We are certainly pleased to be recognized at the national level. However, this does not mean that we will stop. Hotel industry is developing so rapidly that we must constantly improve the quality of services and provide for its increasingly high level".
From December 11, 2005 "Donbass Palace" hotel is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World - the most authoritative organization in the hotel industry, bringing together 425 world-renowned business class hotels in more than 80 countries.
In 2005, 2006 and 2007 "Donbass Palace" was awarded with the World Travel Awards - the most prestigious award of the world tourism as the best hotel in Ukraine. In 2006 and 2007 "Donbass Palace" was the best business hotel in Ukraine according to the World Travel Awards.
"Donbass Palace" hotel is a five-star hotel located in the center of Donetsk, which was opened in 2004. The hotel offers 129 rooms. Together with the "Opera" hotel (Kiev), "Donbass Palace" is a part of the ESTA group - one of the largest holdings of real estate in Ukraine.

Hotel Show 2012 in Dubai
