Hotels in Budapest 2012: Park Inn from Rezidor

Rezidor Hotel Corporation continues its expansion into the CEE markets. In late August registered in Belgium hotel company announced its plans to open Park Inn hotel in Budapest.

Park Inn is a middle-priced hotel in the portfolio of Rezidor brands, which will appear in the Hungarian capital at the end of 2012. The hotel received the official name - Park Inn by Radisson Budapest. It will be located in the new office center, which construction is currently underway. The complex will be located in the northern part of Budapest. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is located one of the largest shopping centers in Budapest - Westend.
Hotel’s location is one of its obvious advantages. After all, it will be located in close proximity to the main pedestrian street of Budapest - Vaci ut.

The hotel will be designed for 136 rooms. Here will be opened a restaurant, a bar and a 400 sq. m. conference room. For the hotel guests will be available a separate parking. Also among the extra services is fitness center.

For the Rezidor new Park Inn will be the second hotel of the network in Budapest. Currently under the company’s management is another hotel of the Hungarian capital - Radisson Blu Béke Hotel.

To date Rezidor is one of the busiest international hotel operators in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Today hotels of the network are presented in all capitals of the region: Warsaw, Sofia, Bratislava, Prague and Bucharest. So, two weeks before the announcement of plans to open a new hotel in Budapest, Rezidor had acquired another hotel in Warsaw. Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel for 435 rooms the company intends to open under the updated brand until the end of 2011.

Signing the agreement on opening a new hotel in Budapest in 2012 was the twenty-first contract for the Rezidor this season.
