Hotel in Moscow is Europe’s Leading City Hotel
(Hotel Ratings)Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy to announce the receipt of two awards of the World Travel Association (WTA), one of the world’s comprehensive travel trade polls. In addition to “Russia’s Leading Business Hotel” the hotel was voted “Europe’s Leading City Hotel”.
The trophies were accepted by Jan Chovanec, General Manager. Hailed as “The Oscars of the Travel Industry”, World Travel Awards is acknowledged across the globe as the ultimate travel accolade, and celebrates those brands that are pushing the boundaries of industry excellence.
Launched in 1993 to acknowledge and recognise excellence in the world's travel and tourism industry, the World Travel Awards is regarded as one of the highest achievement that a travel product could hope to receive.
This year’s World Travel Awards 2011 Europe Ceremony was hosted by Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa in Antalya, Turkey on 2 September 2011. More than 500 organisations across Europe, spanning more than 125 categories, entered the competition for the most influential accolade in travel.
Jan Chovanec, General Manager of Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy Moscow, said: “We have recently received “Certificate of Excellence for the Year of 2011” by TripAdvisor.com. And now the hotel receives “Europe’s Leading City Hotel” and “Russia’s Leading Business Hotel” awards. It is a triple celebration for us. It is a great honour for us to be recognized by the travel professionals worldwide”.
Swissôtel brand is recognized for its consistently high standards of quality and service in the fine tradition of Swiss hospitality. At the World Travel Awards 2011 Europe Ceremony another Swissôtel became a winner. Swissôtel Amsterdam was voted “The Netherland’s Leading Business Hotel”. The Europe Ceremony marks the second leg of World Travel Awards 2011 Grand Tour. Regional events will follow in Sharm El Sheikh, Bangkok, and Montego Bay. The winners of these regional events will progress to the Grand Final in Doha, Qatar on 29 November.

Hotel Show 2012 in Dubai
Hotel Show 2012, one of the largest exhibitions of the hotel industry in the Middle East, will be held from 15 to 17 May, 2012 in Dubai. This year the exhibition will be held for the 13th times.
