On October 11, 2011 a new Park Royal Palace four-star hotel will be opened in Vienna. This hotel, which is designed for the business travelers, will offer its guests not only standard rooms, but also suites. In fact, Park Royal Palace is a synthesis of traditional and apart-hotel.

Park Royal Palace has 6 floors. At the lower four floors are located common rooms, on the fifth and sixth - apartments. The hotel will be located in the Penzing district near the Technical Museum.

Park Royal Palace apartments in Vienna promise to be the main highlight of the hotel. The hotel creators promise apartments with a total area from 130 to 180 square meters. Some apartments will offer luxurious views of one of the main Vienna attractions - Schönbrunn Palace. Apartments in Park Royal Palace can be booked minimum for a month. Its approximate cost ranges from 2600 to 3300 Euros per month.

In total Park Royal Palace will have 233 rooms of various classes, including 21 suites with terraces. According to the hotel manager, all hotel rooms for the next week are already booked. The cost of hotel rooms will start from 140 Euros.

For the construction of Park Royal Palace were spent 45 million Euros. It is worth noting that the Park Royal Palace is not the only luxury hotel, which will be presented in Vienna in the near future. Thus, to the hotel market in Vienna comes one of the major international players - Hyatt Corp. The company intends to build a luxury five-star hotel in Vienna in the next two years.

In total, the number of places in Vienna hotels promises to increase up to 60 000 before the end of the year.
