Hyatt opens resort hotel in Abu Dhabi

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced about opening of the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, the first network’s hotel in Abu Dhabi. The hotel complex is built along the 8-kilometer sand strip on the artificial island of Saadiyat (from Arabic - "The Island of Happiness"), not far from the UAE capital downtown. Also near the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas is located picturesque Corniche quay and Saadiyat Beach Golf club.

Hotel project was designed by the New York architectural company Perkins Eastman and designers of the Singapore office of the Wilson Associates company in accordance with the LEED energy efficiency standards. Creative team developed the concept of the urban resort, where dominates the modern architectural style combined with traditional Arabic décor elements.

306 rooms, suites and villas of the hotel give an ideal opportunity for secluded relaxation. Each room adjoins a spacious terrace overlooking the Persian Gulf, golf club or resort pools. Beach View and Garden View villas and suites also have their own swimming pools. Bedrooms and hallways are decorated with oak and black American walnut, while bathrooms are decorated with dark Chinese and white Omani marble.

The hotel has three restaurants and a tea house. The Park Bar & Grill restaurant occupies two floors and has an open kitchen. There is presented a wide range of European and Asian grill dishes. Authentic Arabic cuisine cooked in a wood stove can be tried in The Café restaurant with open kitchen located on the first floor of the building. The restaurant is adjacent to the outdoor terrace overlooking the picturesque gardens of the hotel. At the Beach House restaurant located near the pool are served Mediterranean dishes and cocktails. It is a perfect place for family dinners or romantic rendezvous with perfect Persian Gulf views. In addition, the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi has tea house The Library, where you can enjoy selected varieties of tea, brand coffee from the barista hotel, Grand Cru pastries and chocolate. Thanks to the fireplace, black marble and leather orange panels, atmosphere here is cozy and relaxing.

Hotel Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi invites you to enjoy the Atarmia spa center, where you can get healing and rejuvenating treatments. Ingredients, including essential oils of flowers and plants, are selected according to the traditional methods of ancient Arabic aromatherapy. The center is located on the two floors and consists of 9 spacious spa rooms and outdoor terraces.

The hotel also has a gym and fitness halls, sauna, Jacuzzi, a tennis court, 4 swimming pools and ice room.
On the ground floor of the hotel are located 11 meeting rooms. The most spacious of them is Alayzya banquet hall designed for 550 people. The Residence is one of the few UAE meeting halls designed as apartments. The Garden is an ideal location for business receptions, cocktail parties or gala dinners. All rooms are multifunctional and are equipped with the latest technology.

It promises to be not the only hotel opening for Hyatt. In the near future the company intends to present another hotel in Abu Dhabi - Hyatt Capital Gate. It will be located in the unique building of Capital Gate.
