Dubai: another tallest hotel in the world

Dubai continues to go up. It seemed that after the opening of the famous skyscraper Burj Dubai UAE metropolis has nothing to prove anymore. Earlier Burj Dubai became the tallest building in the world with a height of 830 meters.

However, Dubai does not stop. It is known that new big opening is planned for the end of 2012 at the resort. It will be new JW Marriott Marquis hotel, which is declared as the tallest hotel in the world.

JW Marriott Marquis it is not one, but already two skyscrapers, each of which will be of 355 meters height. It is slightly lower the famous Empire State building in New York.

The hotel will have 82 floors with 1600 rooms, Saray Spa center of 1,500 square meters and Vault Lounge area, which will occupy 71st and 72nd floors. Here will be located a panoramic area, as well as Italian, Arabic and Indian restaurants.

To date the highest hotel in the world is Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong, which occupies several highest floors of the international business center, which total height is 488 meters. However, as for JW Marriott Marquis, the record will be set despite the low height. It is possible as the entire building will be devoted exclusively to the hotel needs. That's why Marriott expects to be included into the Guinness Book of Records.

Opening of the new hotel will be divided in two phases. The first involves opening of one of the hotel towers in the fourth quarter of 2012. The second phase is scheduled for 2014.

For the Marriott Corporation new super hotel, among other things, will be the premiere of a new brand Marquis. Marquis will be the brand presenting only the most exclusive hotels of the company.

The main target audience of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is business travelers. The skyscraper hotel plans to actively promote its services in the sector of incentive tourism (exhibitions and conferences).
