Baltic Hotel Promenaadi was built in 1998. The completely renovated Peltzer Villa, built in 1859, is connected with the two-storey modern building. The hotel restaurant offers a magnificent view to the sea and seats up to 60 guests. There is also a bar and a conference room for up to 50 people. For relaxation, a Finnish sauna with hot tub is available. All rooms are decorated with warm tones and classical furniture. Each comes with a TV, a work desk and a private bathroom with a shower.

The historic villa has 6 rooms with a park view: 2 deluxe suites, 2 single rooms and 2 double rooms. The modern wing has 28 double rooms and a single room with sea view and balcony. Rooms on the ground floor open onto the embankment in front of the hotel. All rooms feature wireless Internet access.
