Overlooking the Avon River in a quiet part of Christchurch, the Poplars Apartment Hotel offers beautiful self-catering accommodation a short walk from the city centre. The Poplars is made up of 27 spacious one and 2-bedroom apartments. Each unit features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a range of modern amenities such as DVD players and Sky TV. All of the apartments are serviced daily. There is an in-house restaurant which is open throughout the day that offers a fantastic choice of international dishes. Guests can eat in the restaurant or take advantage of room service and have your meals delivered to the apartment. Just a couple of doors from The Poplars is the Centennial Leisure Centre, where for a small fee, guests can make use of the swimming pool, sauna and gym facilities on offer. The Poplars Apartment Hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Christchurch Convention Centre.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged NZD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
