In the outdoor area of the complex, you will find a barbecue and a spacious car park area. Reception opens from 08:00-22:00 The swimming pool is available from the 1 June until the 30 September.

Food & beverage

The hotel restaurant offers delicious, traditional dishes of the region and Mediterranean cuisine. Luckily, there is a big tradition in desserts that comes from the convents of the area. Enjoy your meal with a wine produced form the local vineyards. Guadix is famous by its delicious tapas which are free with every drink. The restaurant is open from 09:00 until 23:30.

Every cave has: - A living room with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator, electric cooker, TV (3 internationals channels) and telephone, fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, and bedroom/s. The caves also have central heating and hot water. Most of the caves have either a fireplace or a wood stove, if you are interested, please request when booking is made, the wood has a supplement.

Travel information

Guadix is located 60 km from Granada, 200 km from Murcia and 110 km from Almería. The cave complex is located in the area of Guadix called "alta de la Barriada de la estación de RENFE", this is near the Railway Station. It is about 1km from the centre of the historical city. The entrance is on the National Road N-342 between the city and the motorway A-92. Travelling from Granada: take the motorway (A-92) exit at km 293 which is singposted Guadix - Benalua, the motorway slip road a local road takes you 900 m towards the town. At the first T junction, turn left up the hill. About 300 m after crossing over the railway at the level crossing the road bends to the right. Here on the left hand side you will clearly see the roadsign - Alojamiento en Cuevas - Restaurante 200m - turn to the the left following the signals to the reception. Travelling from Murcia: take the motorway exit which is signposted Guadix. And follows the signs for Guadix. At the top of the hill just before the entrance to the city, you will clearly see on right hand side a roadsign ALOJAMIENTO EN CUEVAS - RESTAURANTE 200 m. turn right following this sign to the reception.
