Kempinski hotel chain will open five hotels in the Middle East. Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are the countries, where the brand intends to increase its presence by 2012.

In the UAE Kempinski will present two hotels. They are Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah on the famous Palm Island in Dubai, as well as Kempinski Hotel in Jeddah. Another two hotels the company plans to open in the major cities of Saudi Arabia. First Kempinski hotel will open its doors in the capital Riyadh, the second Kempinski Al Othman Hotel will be presented in the town of Al-Hubar, located on coast of the Persian Gulf. And finally, the latest Middle East premiere will be held in Bahrain. In Manama, Bahrain's capital, will be presented new Kempinski hotel Bahrain City Centre.

For Kempinski Middle East remains a region of prior development, despite several events that have taken place in some countries of the region in early 2011 (we are talking about the recent uprising in Bahrain).

Country with the largest number of Kempinski hotels in the region is the UAE. In the UAE, in addition to announced hotels in Dubai and Jeddah are preparing to open another project on the Palm Island – extra luxury Emerald Palace Kempinski. Among the already opened Kempinski in the UAE can be noted Kempinski Hotel Ajman and Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, according to tradearabia.com.

Kempinski also plans to actively develop Lebanon market, where it soon plans to present two new hotels of the network. The Wave Muscat and Kempinski Hotel Summerland in Beirut.

Openings of 5 new hotels are part of the portfolio of a network of 20 hotels that will be opened by Kempinski. Among the latest innovations is new "all inclusive" resort on Seychelles, which the company expects to open by September 2011.
