Hotels on Mallorca: from the hotels to Kathmandu

The new theme park on Mallorca will be called Katmandu Park and cooperate with Melia Hotels. Sol Magaluf Park hotel will become a part of the Katmandu Park entertainment universe in 2013 and turned into a themed hotel Sol Katmandu Resort.

The new project from Katmandu Park and Melia Hotels promises to be the only hotel on Majorca offering staying in the themed hotel. Hotel guests will be able to use such nice bonuses as unlimited visits of the amusement park until 6 pm and separate entrance to the park from the hotel.

Sol Katmandu Resort promises to be one of the best family hotels on Majorca with colorful animation. Children will be entertained by such park fairy-tale characters as Bigfoot and Bora.

The hotel “theme” will be presented not only by specific set of additional services. The facade of the hotel will be significantly changed. It will be made in order to display evening shows on its walls.

Family holidays on Majorca this year promise many pleasant surprises for the guests of the hotel chain. Special Sol FunPass will be available for all Sol guests at such resorts as Palmanova and Magaluf. Sol FunPass promises the best prices for visiting not only Katmandu Park, but also its "younger brother" - Golf Fantasia amusement park. Hotel guests will also be able to use special transfers to and from the parks for only 1 Euro.

Katmandu Park was opened five years ago immediately became one of the major attractions on Mallorca. Each year the park is visited by up to 200 thousand people.

For Melia Hotels modernization of Sol Magaluf Park will not be the only project in the region. In late 2011 the company announced implementation of another major project - giant resort Calvià Beach Resort, which will also be located near Magaluf.
