Hyatt changes the name of the corporation

(0) marks: 0Global Hyatt Corporation, which manages a chain of luxury Hyatt hotels , has decided to change its official name. Now the owner of one of the most promoted worldwide hotel brands will be called Hyatt Hotels Corp.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation today includes several units, the most significant of which - is Hyatt Corporation, which manages hotels in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, and Hyatt International Corporation, which carries out management of Hyatt Hotels in the rest of the world. In addition, there is a unit as part of the corporation, which manages timeshares under the Hyatt brand, as well as a subsidiary company which acts as the owner of several Hyatt hotels. Today in portfolio of Hyatt Hotels Corporation there is 8 brands, including Hyatt Regency, Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt and a new brand of stylish hotel Andaz.
Image update is considered to be important global trend among the major hotel operators. Thus, currently a large-scale rebranding of its hotels is being conducted by the world-famous hotel chain Holiday Inn, the part of the InterContinental Hotels Group Corporation. It is possible that the change of the name of the corporation to Hyatt Hotels Corporation – is only a prelude to similar large-scale actions for creating a new image for its hotels. We recall that in 2006, Hyatt began a company for re-branding one of its oldest hotel chains - the budget AmeriSuites Hotels, which is currently represented at the U.S. market under the brand name Hyatt Place.
Either way, according to the management of Hyatt, the replacement of the corporate name will not affect the status of staff and the quality of customer service in 380 hotels of the company worldwide, announced hotelsmag.com. Hyatt is represented by the two hotels in Russia today. Both were opened in spring 2009. These are Grand Hyatt Moscow Residences & Spa in Moscow and the Hyatt Regency in Yekaterinburg. Another Hyatt hotel in the CIS was opened in March 2009 in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe.

Hilton: the first hotel in Kazakhstan
In 2014 Hilton plans to open its first hotel in Kazakhstan. It will be the Hilton Garden Inn Astana. The agreement was signed with the Kazakh developer Astana Development Group.

Mövenpick: the first hotel on Bali
Chain of luxury hotels Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts became another major international player, which decided to enter the Indonesian hotel market. The company announced its plans to open a new hotel on Bali. Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran will be the first hotel of the network in Indonesia. Mövenpick hotel will be located on the south Bali near Jimbaran Bay.
