Hamburg Tourist Board has provided Hansa Taxi with its database of hotels for reservations. Thus, the taxi driver is not just a driver, but a hotel broker as well. Once the passenger determines his choice of a hotel, the driver immediately sends an order to reception, while the tourist can continue his journey at ease. If a passenger changes his mind and decides to choose another hotel, the driver cancels the order and helps the client to choose a more suitable option.
