Hyatt hotel chain and Aedes Real Estate developer on April 27, 2010 signed an agreement on managing the new hotel Andaz Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Opening of a new Hyatt hotel will be held in Amsterdam in 2012.

Andaz is one of the newest brands of Hyatt, which is promoted by the hotel operator since 2007. Then the first Andaz was presented in New York.

The new hotel in Amsterdam will be designed for 122 rooms. All features and a set of services specific to the Andaz brand will be retained in the Amsterdam hotel. Innovation, minimalism, style, discreet luxury - all guests will find in Andaz Amsterdam.

The hotel design is to be developed by a Dutchman. Marcel Wanders is one of the most extravagant hotel architects of our time. Interiors by Marcel Wanders can be found in museums of modern art in New York and San Francisco. Municipal Museum of Amsterdam is also designed by Wanders.

Andaz Amsterdam is located in the former public library on the Prinsengracht Canal – the Princess Canal. Prinsengracht is one of the most striking architectural examples of the so-called Golden Age of the Netherlands. Along its picturesque banks are located dozens of attractions, including Anne Frank Museum, the Museum of Tulip and the Museum "The House on the water". Jordan district, where the new hotel will be located, is known as a center of aristocratic Amsterdam, the heart of the historic part of the town.

Among the services that will be accessible to the guests of Andaz Amsterdam are: lounge area, restaurant, fitness club and business center Andaz Studio.

Andaz Amsterdam promises to be the newest incarnation of design trend, which for three years has remained an extremely topical direction in the hotel business. Today Andaz stands in line with hotel chains like W Hotels and Aloft.

We can also add that Andaz Amsterdam will be the first hotel managed by Hyatt in the Netherlands.
