One of the largest gambling companies in the world Caesars Entertainment announced the start of construction of luxurious five-star Caesars Palace Longmu Bay hotel on the island of Hainan. After completion in 2014 the new hotel will be able to offer its visitors one thousand ultra-comfortable rooms, combining in its interior Asian refinement and Western functionality. Also in the Caesars Palace Longmu Bay will be located several restaurants, offering oriental and international cuisine, two entertainment complexes, shops and boutiques, spa and even a great golf course for 36 holes. Estimated project cost is $480 million. It is worth noting that the new hotel will not be related to the gambling. Caesars Entertainment created non-gambling a special company Caesars Global Life for building resorts, which main task is construction and management of hotels outside the U.S.

Caesars Company President Gary Loveman in an interview with The Associated Press called the new facility the first step in the development of the company's brand in China and India. "Gambling is allowed in a small number of countries in the world - he said. - This project will allow Caesars brand to develop in places, where gambling is prohibited and will create a good impression of the brand among the visitors". In addition Loveman said that Caesars Global Life plans to develop in China a network of 25 hotel and resort centers, which will be built in the next five years.

Founded 73 years ago, Caesars Entertainment is the world's largest casino operator (53 houses in six countries). To date the corporation also owns 9 hotels in Las Vegas.
