One of the oldest hotels in Paris - Hôtel des Ambassadeurs de Hollande (Hotel of Dutch envoys) - may soon get a new owner. This Parisian hotel was decided to put up for sale.

Hotel Hôtel des Ambassadeurs de Hollande was built in 17 century by the architect Kottarda. Hotel received its name because of Marcoussis Gittonu, the Dutch Ambassador, living there from 1720 to 1727. The architecture of hotel is refined. One of the most impressive things is the main entrance to the hotel. Its design includes grotesque masks and allegorical sculptures. On the pediment of the hotel the letters A and B are still preserved, which are the capital letters of the name the first hotel guest - Amelio de Bissio.

Initial price of Hôtel des Ambassadeurs de Hollande, which can be considered one of the sights of Paris, was 35 million dollars. Buyer in addition to the unique historical building of the hotel will also receive a cozy hotel courtyard, terrace, parking for 15 cars in the neighboring building, as well as the apartment house, which is the part of Hôtel des Ambassadeurs de Hollande complex.

Paris real estate specialists point out that despite the decline in global demand for luxury, such property in Paris will always be in price and find its buyer. Not only the noble age of the hotel but its tenants add interest to the hotel. In due time many famous personalities, such as: former U.S. President Nixon, Prince Charles, Charlie Chaplin, Sophia Loren - stayed in the rooms of Hôtel des Ambassadeurs de Hollande.
