The Caribbean, despite the weather and financial confusions, remain one of the best places for summer holidays on the planet. It was also confirmed by the list of new hotels on the Caribbean, which was produced by a popular tourist magazine Travel + Leisure.
The list is formed of several hotels, the opening of which took place in 2009. The main feature of all the hotels, included into the list, has become their exclusive luxury.
The list is headed by the La Concha hotel, located on the island of Puerto Rico. The hotel built in 1958, but during the last few years it has been closed for restoration. Restoration of La Concha has cost 220 million dollars. Modern La Concha is particularly noted for its shell-formed restaurant, which is located directly near the pool. The price of double rooms at the hotel La Concha starts from $ 299.
Turks and Caicos archipelago in the Caribbean is presented by two hotels. Both hotels are, by the structure, resort-hotels. One of them is the Seven Stars hotel, located on the Grace Bay Beach of Providensiales island. Adjacent to Seven Starts on the same island of Providensiales has occurred an opening ceremony of another hotel, this time under the brand name of Nikki Beach Resort. Nikki brand is known as a club one. Nikki hotels can be found all over the world from Miami to Morocco. The beauty of the Caribbean Sea, luxurious furnishing, preventive services and «all included» mode determine the price of the room. In both of the hotels in double room guests will have to pay at least $ 600 a day.
In the list of new hotels in the Caribbean of the Travel + Leisure are also included hotels of the Dominican Republic, Antigua and Jamaica. All the hotels belong to the first-class. Each of them has a set of unique qualities. For example, hotel rooms of Peninsula House in the Dominican Republic are furnished by the furniture of Louis XV and a mansion hotel in Port Antonio, Jamaica, has been available previously only for the stars of show business. Previously it was rented by Gwen Stefani and Lenny Kravitz.
