Missoni Hotel will appear in Turkey in the next two years. Hotel chain Rezidor plans to open a new hotel in 2013.

New Missoni Hotel will be located in one of the most beautiful places of the Turkish Riviera - the resort of Belek. The design of this hotel, as well as the design of other hotels under the Missoni brand, will be developed by the creative director of Italian fashion house Rosita Missoni.

New Missoni Hotel in Belek will be a five-star hotel, which combine features of golf club and spa. The hotel will be located 5 kilometers from the center of Belek, on the top of a picturesque hill surrounded by olive groves.

Currently, hotel brand Missoni is represented by one hotel, which was opened in Edinburgh in 2009. Rezidor intends to continue collaboration with the fashion house. Along with the hotel in Belek, the company also plans to open Missoni hotels in Kuwait, Brazil and Oman.

Missoni Hotel in Belek will be a complex of villas, which will be located next to a professional golf course designed by the famous Swedish golfer Annika Sörenstam. Turkish Missoni will also have the main hotel building, which will include 110 rooms. The total number of luxury villas on territory of the hotel is 28. Hotel guests will be able to use Turkish bath, spa, children's park and a hall for celebrations.

The owner of the hotel will be a Turkish company Bekay Property Partners. Hotel network Rezidor will act as an operator of the hotel real estate.

Currently Rezidor hotel chain is represented in Turkey by 4 hotels. The company plans to increase its presence in the Turkish market, as at traditional resorts of the country and in major metropolitan areas. In addition to the Missoni brand Rezidor is also known for Radisson Blue and Park Inn by Radisson hotels. Currently Rezidor's portfolio includes 400 projects of hotels in 60 countries worldwide.
