10th Of Ramadan City: Urban Greenery, Sports and Culture

10th of Ramadan City is located on the Cairo–Ismailia Desert Road, 49.3 kilometres from Cairo. For travel planning, its road location and the planned rail connection are two separate reference points. The city can be understood in terms of its location on the road, while the LRT extension should be regarded as a future project.

Location and planned connection

The planned LRT extension is intended to connect 10th of Ramadan City south to the New Capital and west to Adly Mansour interchange station. The route is planned to cover 16 kilometres and include three stations: West 10th, 10th of Ramadan and City Center. If you are planning to use this connection for your journey, check its implementation status in advance. This way, you will not base your travel plans on a service that is already operating, which has not yet been promised as part of the project.

Green spaces and park history

The city's green areas and planted medians cover 530 feddans and stretch along a 50-kilometre route. Trees, shrubs and flowers grow there. A 90-feddan garden is part of this green urban landscape.

Kafrawy Park is also part of the city's history: in 2014, it was described as the central park of 10th of Ramadan City; its development was planned at the time.

Sports and activities at Broussia Club Egypt

The private Broussia Club Egypt is licensed by Egypt's Ministry of Youth and Sports and serves as a venue for sports and cultural and social activities for young people and families. The club has various sports schools and sports fields, as well as swimming pools. It also has a children's park with swimming pools.

For outdoor exercise, there are paths for walking, cycling and roller-skating. In addition to these paths, the club has sports fields, sports schools and swimming pools.

Cultural connection
