Marina Smir: Aqua Parc, Go-Karting and the Marina

Marina Smir offers different starting points for planning a trip. If you are looking for a hotel there, it helps to first decide what you want to focus on during your stay: water attractions, go-karting and the marina each appeal to different interests. The local details can help you distinguish between activities and planning steps. This way, you can tailor your search to the reason for your trip that matters to you.

Aqua Parc: Water Attractions and Facilities

Aqua Parc in Marina Smir has several huge water slides and a children’s pool with a play castle designed for climbing, sliding and splashing. The two water-based highlights are different in form: on one side, several large slides; on the other, the play castle in the children’s pool, with its three named activities. There are also sun loungers and parasols, as well as a snack bar. Trained lifeguards supervise the water attractions. This makes it possible to distinguish between activities, poolside facilities and food options, and weigh up which of these aspects matters to you at a water park.

Tickets for Aqua Parc can be reserved in advance and received by email. As the process may change, check the procedure before making your plans.

Go Kart at SMIR PARK

The go-kart track at SMIR PARK in Marina Smir is called Go Kart and is open to teenagers, adults and children. Several age groups are therefore explicitly mentioned for go-karting. This is a different planning consideration from Aqua Parc: the track highlights groups of people, while the water park focuses on individual attractions and facilities. So, when weighing up activities for your travel group, consider both the activity itself and the target groups mentioned.

The Marina and Bookings for Boaters

Marina Smir Marina introduces another planning focus, this one aimed at boaters. An ANP announcement dated 27 July 2023 listed Marina Smir among the marinas where the Smart-Marina system developed by PORTNET S.A. was deployed. The announcement says that the system covers the booking process and makes online bookings easier and more efficient for boaters. The marina connection is therefore specifically the digital booking process for boaters, not another water attraction.

The Aqua Parc ticket process and the marina process concern different kinds of bookings. Aqua Parc tickets can be reserved in advance and received by email; the 2023 ANP notice concerns online bookings for boaters through the Smart-Marina system. As ticket procedures may change, check the Aqua Parc process before making your plans. This distinction is useful when fitting activities and necessary booking steps into your travel itinerary.
