Accommodation in Přeckov
Přeckov is located in the Třebíčsko Nature Park. In the surrounding area, the landscape is shaped by island-like clusters of boulders and views of unspoiled nature. Several hiking and cycling trails pass through the village; there are also historic buildings and programs involving alpacas. If you are planning a stay, you can explore nature, outdoor activities, local history and animal-related offerings as different points of interest.
Nature and Trails in the Třebíčsko Nature Park
Přeckov’s highest point is 627 metres above sea level, on the border with Horní Vilémovice. The many island-like clusters of boulders are found in the surrounding area. There are also views of unspoiled nature. The elevation, rock formations and natural views offer different points of reference for understanding the landscape around the village. Several hiking and cycling trails pass directly through Přeckov, adding opportunities to explore these natural features on foot or by bike.
A circular route through the Třebíčsko Nature Park is 17.3 kilometres long, starts and ends in Trnava, and passes through Přeckov at kilometre 13.7. The two distance figures answer different planning questions: 17.3 kilometres is the length of the entire loop, while 13.7 kilometres marks Přeckov’s position along it. Přeckov is therefore a stop along the way; the circular route starts and ends in Trnava.
Buildings and Local History
The Chapel of the Holy Trinity is located on the ground floor of a bell tower with a shingle roof. The building was created in the early 19th century by converting a bell tower dating from the early 17th century. The chapel thus brings together two periods: the older tower and its later conversion.
A wayside shrine near house number 25 also dates from the early 19th century. At the southwestern edge of the village stands the stone Buršíkův Cross on the road to Horní Vilémovice. The buildings differ in form and location: the chapel in the bell tower is followed by the wayside shrine near the house and the stone cross at the edge of the village. Přeckov was first mentioned in writing in 1360. This date is the written reference point for the village’s history; the dates of the chapel and wayside shrine point to a later building history.

The PLUS program focuses on the activities listed above, while individually arranged programs may include additional activities. These programs are subject to change.
