LEGO experiences for building and discovery

LEGOLAND® Billund Resort has more than 45 rides. The availability of individual rides may change. Miniland showcases famous buildings and places as miniature models made from more than 20 million LEGO® bricks. At LEGO® Create & Play, visitors can build their own creations.

You can also build your own creations at LEGO House. Guided tours and play activities are aimed at LEGO fans of all ages. A visit to the experience zones typically takes three to four hours; the time required may vary with the visitor programme. Sculptures, paths and nature

In Billund Sculpture Park, sculptures line a paved path through lush green surroundings beside Billund Bæk. The Billund Sculpture Guide covers a total of 42 sculptures or sculpture groups. Its suggested route is about four kilometres long. The section through the sculpture park includes a meadow, a body of water and woodland vegetation.

The Playline connects the tourist attractions in eastern Billund with the town centre in the west. Thermoplastic graphics mark the surface along the entire route. Facilities along the route may change, and the markings may also be updated. The route is therefore a separate point of reference alongside the Sculpture Guide.

Billund Municipality offers short everyday walks and longer holiday walking routes. These include Heart Paths, Cloverleaf Paths and the Coast-to-Coast Trail. This gives you a choice of different types of route, although they are not all the same length or serve the same purpose. Walking networks may be expanded or rerouted, so check the latest route information before setting out. At WOW PARK Billund, experiences are spread across the treetops, forest floor, water and even underground.

Experience farming and history

The history of Museum Farm Karensminde can be traced back to the mid-17th century. An extensive breeding programme preserves old, historic farm animal breeds there. Visitors are invited to enter the farmhouse and stables; access may vary during events or for safety reasons.

The Karensminde farm shop sells goods made by volunteers on the farm, including jam, juice, handicrafts and needlework. The selection may change. The 34th edition of “Historisk Dyrskue og veteranstævne”, a recurring museum day, took place at Museum Farm Karensminde in 2024. The 2024 programme included historic farm animals, market stalls, veteran vehicles and agricultural machinery.

A traditional Christmas market was held once again at Museum Farm Karensminde, in a distinctive cultural and historical setting. Check dates for future years separately. Mark Museum shapes its visitor experience around the last 400 years of agricultural, industrial and tourism history. Together, these themes offer different perspectives on rural life, work and regional history.

Midttrafik route 912X runs between Aarhus, Skanderborg, Horsens and Billund Airport; some departures travel via Vejle.
