It is open year-round and free to access; check operating details before your visit.
Nature and Birdwatching
The ornithological area where the rivers meet is a wintering, breeding, and stopover site for numerous migratory birds. A two-kilometre path runs alongside the water from the leisure centre to the birdwatching point. The leisure centre’s paths are accessible year-round; local conditions may vary, so it is advisable to check before setting out.
You can also access the Circuit de l'observatoire aux oiseaux loop trail from the leisure centre. It is very easy, takes about two hours and 15 minutes, and parking is available at the starting point. The trail is marked throughout. The two-kilometre path to the observation point and the approximate duration of the loop trail provide different points of reference for planning your time in nature.
