In Rynia, there is a chapel dating from 1948 and a children's playground at 24A Główna; several marked routes also pass through the village. Nearby, in Białobrzegi, there is a beach that stretches in the direction of Rynia. When planning your trip, you can distinguish between a specific cultural landmark, routes of different lengths and a destination outside Rynia.

Chapel at the crossroads

The 1948 chapel stands at the intersection of Radzymińska Street and Główna Street. It is a brick niche shrine, with a figure of the Virgin Mary in the glazed niche. Those interested in sacred architecture will find three specific features here: the year it was built, the brickwork and the image in the niche. Its location at the crossroads also makes it easy to find: the two streets are called Radzymińska and Główna.

Marked routes and their landscapes

The blue-marked Trasa Liwecka is 8.7 km long. It passes through Nieporęt, Białobrzegi and Rynia, ending at the bridge over the Rządza near Siwek. For much of the route, it follows the embankment along Jezioro Zegrzyńskie; some sections pass through forests. This route combines a specific distance, several place names and varied landscapes.

The yellow-marked Szlak Nieporęcki is considerably longer at 42.4 km and also passes through Rynia. It winds along the embankment of Jezioro Zegrzyńskie, then continues through meadows and forests. If you compare the stated distances, the Trasa Liwecka is the shorter of the two routes. The landscape descriptions also differ: meadows and forests follow the embankment section on the Szlak, while some forest sections are mentioned for the Trasa Liwecka.

Cycling route with ferry crossings

Another option, also marked in blue, is a 27 km cycling route around Jezioro Zegrzyńskie. It passes through Białobrzegi, Rynia, Wolica, Arciechów, Serock, Zegrzynek, Jadwisin and Zegrze. The route includes two ferry crossings. If you plan to take this route, check the ferry times in advance. Route alignments may change, so check the current route before setting out as well.

Paths within and between the villages

A 2.1 km shared pedestrian and cycle path runs along Wczasowa Street between Kąpielowa and Główna, connecting Białobrzegi with Rynia. It is therefore not entirely within Rynia, but runs between the two villages. Geographically distinct from this is a 615 m cycle path built in 2020 along Spacerowa and Główna streets in Rynia. The two lengths refer to different sections of road and different types of path.

Playground and nearby beach

The children's playground at 24A Główna in Rynia has swings, slides and sandpits. For travelers who want to include a playground in their plans, the address provides a specific point of reference.

Nearby, in Białobrzegi, a beach stretches north of the Rewita recreation center in the direction of Rynia. It is popular with water sports enthusiasts. Equipment rental and mooring at a pier are listed as options there. If you plan to rent equipment, check in advance whether it will be available during your visit. This keeps the beach identified as a destination near Rynia, without confusing it with places and paths within Rynia.
