In Odonów, the Dwór w Odonowie agritourism farm offers short and longer stays in stylish manor-house rooms. The property welcomes inquiries and provides reservation contact details. Ask them about availability for your preferred dates and mention right away whether you are planning a short or longer stay. This makes it possible to tailor your accommodation inquiry to the specific offer and intended length of stay.

History of the Manor House

In 1881, Stanisław Postawka of Donos, a member of the Loewenstern coat-of-arms family, bought the Odonów estate together with its small, neglected manor house. After the 1945 agrarian reform, Dwór w Odonowie was converted into a boarding school; today, the manor house serves as a cultural centre. The chronology distinguishes between ownership and the building’s use: in 1881, the estate was acquired; after 1945, the house was converted. Its function as a cultural centre adds another stage to this sequence of uses.

Architecture and Park

The main wing was extended significantly to the east and fitted with large “Venetian” windows. A two-storey side wing was added on the west side. The information describes two distinct structural changes: an eastward extension of the main section and an additional part of the building on the west. A side wing is a lateral extension; here, its location can be distinguished from the extension of the main wing. The description of the windows provides another feature for understanding the architecture.

The park at Dwór w Odonowie was gradually enclosed by a brick wall. A historic park in Odonów is listed in the register of monuments; the register information was updated in May 2023. If you are interested in the history of the place, the park’s design offers a distinct perspective alongside the architectural features of the manor house.

Stays and Group Planning

There is also a culinary option for group trips: culinary workshops for groups of more than 12 people can be arranged at the manor house. Arrangements must be made with the venue. Therefore, include your group size in your inquiry and discuss the workshop in advance. A stay and a workshop are two separate planning considerations: for an overnight stay, the question is how long you wish to stay; for the culinary offer, it is whether your group exceeds the 12-person threshold and whether arrangements have been made in advance. If you are considering both, you can mention them separately in your inquiry.

A cycling route is located 500 m from the destination. For travel plans that include cycling, this provides a specific distance alongside the manor house and park. The distance to the cycling route adds a geographical reference to the room information and answers a different planning question from length of stay or group size.
