Daisendorf is located in the Hinterland of Lake Constance on a plateau shaped by the Ice Age. Its elevation is approximately 480 to 550 meters. Daisendorf lies about two kilometers northwest of Meersburg town center; from Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, it is a similar distance to the southeast.
