Konstancin-Jeziorna can be explored through several highlights: Park Zdrojowy and its graduation tower, villa architecture, and a forest walking trail with exercise stations. If you are looking for a hotel in town, these themes can help make your trip planning more specific. Consider whether park paths, architectural history or exercise in the forest will be the main focus of your stay.

Park Zdrojowy and the graduation tower

Park Zdrojowy is in the centre of Konstancin-Jeziorna’s spa district. Its main avenue connects Piłsudskiego Street with the graduation tower. These provide two specific landmarks to help you find your way. The graduation tower was built in 1978, is supplied with brine from a nearby borehole and is considered the heart of the park. The surrounding air has a microclimate similar to that of the seaside.

Forest walking trail with exercise stations

The Konstancińska ścieżka zdrowia im. Tomasza Hopfera forest walking trail in Chojnowski Park Krajobrazowy is about 1,860 metres long. Along the trail are seven stations with more than 30 sports and leisure devices. Its length and stations offer different points of reference for planning: the approximate extent of the trail and the equipment along the way. Unlike the park avenue, with its two endpoints, the forest walking trail is characterised above all by its length and stations.

Water tower and villas

The Konstancin water tower was built in 1899 together with the waterworks, based on a design by Edward Lilpop and commissioned by Towarzystwo Akcyjne Ulepszonych Miejscowości Letniczych. The building is currently unused.

Willa Kamilin was originally called “Halszka” and was built before 1919 for the Jankiewicz family. In 1929, it was sold to Artur and Kamila Gornig, who renamed it “Kamilin”. Its name history therefore runs from its original designation to the renaming after its sale.

At Willa Gryf, the focus is on its exterior features: the two-storey building has pseudo-timber-framed gables and a polygonal corner tower with a steep roof. Its style is reminiscent of Alpine guesthouses. The two villas have different points of interest: Kamilin is notable for its name history and sale, while Gryf is distinguished by its exterior, with gables and a corner tower.
